DISPLAY ACRYL Crystal
for crystal-clear display models
retec® DISPLAY ACRYL Crystal is a colour-stable, highly transparent casting resin which is ideally suited for the fabrication of dental display models.
Product details
Indications:
- transparent presentation or training models
- embedding of small parts for demonstration purposes
Processing:
Mixing ratio: 10 g powder with 6 g liquid
Swelling phase: approx. 30 seconds
Pouring phase: approx. 2 minutes
Polymerisation takes place in a pressure pot at 55°C and 2 bar for approx. 30 minutes.

DISPLAY ACRYL Bone
for deceptively real-looking bones
retec® DISPLAY ACRYL Bone is an easy-to-process casting resin that can be used to create amazingly lifelike artificial bones. The material is ideal for the production of dental display models such as jaw bones.

- Artificial bones for models
Processing:
Mixing ratio: 10 g powder with 5 g liquid
Swelling phase: approx. 30 seconds
Casting phase: approx. 3 minutes
Smaller models can be polymerised at room temperature (10 - 15 minutes). Larger objects should be cured in an unheated pressure pot at 2 bar for approx. 10 - 15 minutes.

retec® DISPLAY ACRYL Dentin is an easy-to-use model casting resin for the fabrication of deceptively realistic teeth for dental presentation and training models.

- Crowns and bridges for dental models
Processing:
Mixing ratio: 10 g powder with 5 g liquid
Swelling phase: approx. 30 seconds
Casting phase: approx. 3 minutes
Smaller models can be polymerised at room temperature (duration 10 - 15 minutes). Larger objects should be cured in an unheated pressure pot at 2 bar for approx. 10 - 15 minutes.
